At The Well

Found on Cheltenham Road, this cafe-come-laundrette takes it to the next level. Based in Bristol's first coin-operated laundrette, the eatery has a lot of history. On top of all this, At The Well's Transatlantic Pancakes are famous. Like, seriously, they're good. With a number of toppings to choose from, their fluffy stacks are to die for.

Buttermilk & Maple

The buttermilk pancakes at Buttermilk & Maple are a signature dish on their menu. With maple syrup, crispy bacon, Nutella, banana, or mixed fruit and ice cream, there's bound to be something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The pancakes are perfectly made (seriously, look at them) and are delicious. Find Buttermilk & Maple on the Welsh Bach Waterfront.

The Crafty Egg

The Crafty Egg is always packed, and for good reason. Their pancake stacks are the perfect level of fluffy, and they even allow dogs (what more could you want??). We recommend the Nutella, banana and mixed berries stack. Find the Crafty Egg on Cheltenham Road next to the Post Office.

Quay Street Diner

Quay Street Diner serve their five stack pancakes all day, every day. So you can literally have pancakes whenever you want. Inspired by sunny Southern California, their brunch menu boasts a great selection of pancake flavours, including crispy bacon, fruit and yoghurt, and blueberries. They're mega juicy, and totally worth the visit. Find Quay Street Diner near St John's Church on Quay Street.

Home to the fluffiest pancakes in Bristol (we'll bet on it), Ironworks Supply Co are a go-to for brunch.
