Working in our Kelham Island office, before moving to our new state of the art office on the outskirts of Sheffield City Centre, this role is an exciting opportunity to join and progress with the business as it continues to grow rapidly.
We are in search of a Customer Service Advisor who will play a vital role in servicing our student customers, ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. This is a varied role in which you’ll be responsible for making sure all customer queries through voice, email and live chat channels are managed effectively. You’ll help our customers navigate the complex world of shared utilities, making sure it’s hassle free and easy to understand.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:
• Managing customer queries over the phone, via email and live chat
• Administration of customer accounts
• Processing new orders and supporting the sales team to follow up on leads
• Supporting the utility setup teams to ensure customers are onboarded effectively
• Ensuring our customers have a great experience
We’d love to hear from you if:
• You have an excellent telephone manner and can communicate clearly and confidently
• You pride yourself on your amazing customer service
• You have excellent written communication skills and can write emails in a clear and concise format
• You are organised and have good administration skills
• Any experience using Salesforce CRM or in the Utilities Industry is a bonus, but not essential
