Well presented and spacious, with seven even sized double rooms. The large lounges in the Estcourt Avenue houses are always a winner and the newly fitted kitchen and two modern bathrooms aren`t too shabby either. Large and bright with a TV thrown in for those cold, dark winter nights when venturing out doesn`t seem like such a good idea!
