All applicants looking to reserve a property must have viewed the property virtually with an agent over a video call.

All applicants must then sign the reservation agreement electronically, then pay a holding deposit to reserve the property. The Holding deposit is one weeks' worth of the rent and will be deducted from the money owed for the first months rent once referencing is passed and an agreement signed.

All tenants will be required to provide a guarantor who will need to be a UK resident, have clean credit history and have an income of 3 x times the individual tenant's rent share.
