58, Brocco Bank is a well-maintained HMO licensed student house and offers great value and a good location for both Universities.
Although the house has 7 bedrooms, we are happy to rent to a group of 5 students at no extra cost. The spare rooms may be used for friends to occasionally stay over.
Note: Stated rent prices are per person, per week.
The bedrooms are spacious and include double or 3/4 beds, wardrobe, desk & chair, and are provided with locks to doors, T.V aerial point and Cat. 5 internet point .
The kitchen includes electric ovens and hobs, dish washer, microwave oven, full-height fridge/freezer + under work top fridge, and washing machine/dryer.
The living room provides sofas, dining table, coffee table and 42" HD T.V.
Broadband/WIFI is supplied free of charge, and also includes excellent support and maintenance provided by a locally-based IT company - no more lengthy call queues and long periods of downtime!
We fully appreciate the problems most students face with regard to their finances! We are pleased to offer flexible rent payment terms to suit each individual. For example, rent payments can be made in line with student loans.
*All inclusive - Gas, Electric, Water & TV Licence are provided by Unihomes on a separate contract and is payable monthly via Direct Debit to Unihomes. .
Situated close to the popular and lively central Ecclesall Road area, 58 Brocco Bank is in a great location for the many bars, restaurants, and shops.
The Botanical Gardens are close by - a great place to relax and meditate!
In contrast, Sheffield's fantastic night spots of West Street, Devonshire Green, and of course The Lead Mill, are only a 15 minute stroll.
The University of Sheffield Western Bank Campus is a 15 minute walk, Sheffield Hallam Collegiate Campus 10 minutes, and the City Campus just 15 to 20 minutes.
The main railway station is only 20 to 25 minutes walk.
