Keys - you are responsible for ensuring

we may need to charge for our time, for example if we need to attend to the
property out of office hours. This will not exceed £15.00 per hour. We can also
pass on the details of our contractors to you and you can deal with them
directly to replace the key/security device. In this case you will need to pay the
Advertisement and viewing fee (in the case of
you wanting someone else to replace your tenancy) - this is free if you
advertise the property yourself and show people around the property. If we are
asked to advertise for you and to take any of the viewings you will be asked to
recompense the landlord the extra fees that he or she are required to pay to
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with
your early termination of the tenancy (surrender)

Communications – telephone and broadband
Installation of cable/satellite
Subscription to cable/satellite supplier
Council Tax – joint and single room tenancies
