Student Accommodation at Bath Spa University

Bath Spa University is a popular choice among students in the UK, and welcomes 8000+ students every year. The university offers higher education programmes across a wide range of subjects, and is one of the leading institutes in creativity, culture and enterprise.

If you’re looking for a home for a larger group of friends, you’ll find a huge range of choice in larger sized 4-bedroom, 5-bedroom or 6-bedroom properties here. Lower Bristol Road, in Oldfield Park is a great spot for the usual student favourites, with a wealth of choice when it comes to takeaways and restaurants.

Life on Campus

Bath Spa has four campuses, most of which are located west of the city in iconic buildings with stunning architecture. These areas have great transport links to Bath's city centre, as well as other popular student areas, including Twerton and Bathwick.

Locksbrook Campus is home to Bath's School of Art and Design, located just next to the River Avon. The university has heavily invested in its performing arts facilities, which is perfect for creative students. These investments are evident in the development of Locksbrook.

Newton Park Campus is one of Bath Spa’s most modern campuses, which is located near some of the city's amazing nature reserves and historic, listed buildings. The campus is home to the university's Theatre and Concert Hall, and even though the building is equipped with the best digital resources in the south west, the architecture of the 14th-century castle tower is stunning.

Newton Park Campus is home to Bath Spa's Students’ Union, which is the hub for the university's student life. Whether you feel like joining a creative writing society, having a couple of drinks at the bar, or simply using the student support services, the Students’ Union has something different to offer everyone.

The campus at Sion Hill is home to the Bath School of Art and Design, which has excellent fashion and textile workshops. The specialist Art and Design Library has an incredible selection of facilities, which is perfect for anyone studying the design industry.

Although not directly located in Bath, Corsham Court Campus is based just east of the city in Wiltshire. Students studying here have the luxury of a Grade I listed building as the home for their studies.
