Student Billing

A fully hands-off approach to utility management. Throughout student billing, we become the student's sole point of contact for all things utilities.
  • You list your properties on the UniHomes platform and receive high-intent student enquiries.
  • You conduct your normal letting process, communicating the all-inclusive rate, and refer successful tenancies to a UniHomes Utility Order Form.
  • Tenants sign our Utility Order Form, and we act as their direct point of contact for utilities.
  • Students deal directly with our team for every utility query, keeping utility admin off your plate entirely.
  • You earn referral commission for every student who signs up to a utility package.
