Sussex Uni Accommodation

Although the university is slightly out of the way from Brighton's city centre, there’s still plenty of great options when it comes to finding University of Sussex accommodation. Student areas Moulsecoomb and Coldean are home to the majority of students, which has created a vibrant student community nearby.

Alternatively, if you want to be a little closer to the action, Elm Grove and Round Hill are closer to the city centre. Student Life

The University of Sussex’s Falmer Campus is situated on the edge of Brighton and is famous for its architecture and scenery. The buildings in the centre of campus have achieved listed building status, with Falmer House being one of just two educational buildings in the UK to be Grade I-listed.

The campus is packed full of shops, cafes and bars, as well as libraries and study spaces. Plus, South Downs National Park is just minutes away from campus and is perfect for getting some fresh air.

The Student Union is independent from the university and acts as the community hub for students. The SU’s building is located on campus, near the main library. The building aims to be the heart of the student hub, offering a space for students to make the most of their time at the university. With over 230 clubs, societies and sports teams available, students are never at a loose end.
