UniHomes is the leading student property search portal and shared utility management service, helping students find their ideal accommodation with bills included.
Founded in 2015 by three local Sheffield ex-students and industry professionals, we’ve grown significantly and now advertise thousands of student properties across 50 major towns and cities in the UK. We acquired Split The Bills in 2020 which bolstered our bills inclusive offer to students across the UK.
Currently boasting a team of 100 multi-disciplined professionals, UniHomes continues to grow as a dynamic start-up organisation operating on a national scale. Who we work with
UniHomes was created to offer the best online accommodation comparison solution for students across the UK to find their perfect student home with bills included.
Letting Agents choose UniHomes as a trusted service to advertise their properties for free, on average across our client base, UniHomes enquiries fill 47% of our clients portfolios. The ability to showcase properties inclusive of utilities results in a 75% increase in enquiry levels. We then take care of the utilities management so no need for the Letting agents to be involved.
