The property features a comfortable and well-arranged lounge, furnished with a large sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a dining table with chairs, creating a practical and sociable living space. Built-in shelving and storage add to the functionality, while the neutral décor keeps the room light and usable.
To the rear, the kitchen has been modernised with grey cabinetry, dark tiled splashbacks, and contrasting work surfaces. It is well-equipped with appliances including a cooker with extractor hood, washing machine, fridge freezer, and dishwasher. Dual windows allow for good natural light, and there is direct access out to the rear garden.
Upstairs, there are three well-proportioned bedrooms, all furnished. Two of the bedrooms are particularly spacious and currently arranged with twin beds, making them ideal for flexible occupancy, while the third provides a comfortable single/double setup with additional furniture including bedside tables, seating, and storage. The property further benefits from a spacious attic bedroom occupying the top floor, featuring exposed beams, a skylight providing good natural light, and generous floor space. The room is large enough to accommodate multiple beds along with additional seating, making it a particularly versatile and well-presented fourth bedroom.
The bathroom is finished in a clean, modern style and includes a curved shower enclosure, WC, and wash basin, with tiled walls and flooring.
Externally, the property benefits from a private rear garden with a combination of patio and lawn areas, along with a raised decking/seating structure to the rear, offering usable outdoor space.
