This can be found on Redruth Street, a popular student road in Rusholme. It is situated a short walk away from buses to and from the universities and town. The buses come every ten minutes on Yew tree road (Bus 111) or every minute from Wilmslow road (buses 42, 142, 43, 143). If you have a car there is free on street parking outside the property and along neighbouring roads.

The property itself consists of four double bedrooms, one bathroom and the communal lounge and kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Every bedroom is equipped with a bed, drawers, wardrobe and desk (and desk chair). All bedrooms can be locked for privacy and furniture can be moved to make the room your own, wall hangings are permitted ONLY WITH command strips (the use of blu-tac is prohibited as this can damage the wall).
The communal areas comprise of a kitchen separated from the living room. The living room has a wall mounted TV which you can connect your own devices to for streaming and/or gaming. This makes it perfect for movie and game nights.
The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Do be aware that a kettle and a toaster are not included. In the kitchen you will also find some storage space under the stairs, this is great for spare suitcases, the provided vacuum cleaner, or boxes.
There is a small back yard at the rear of the property for you to enjoy when the weather is nice, or you can find Platt fields park just at your doorstep.


The traditional deposit is five weeks rent, however, we also offer a Reposit option which would be a non-refundable fee of one weeks rent.

What is the difference?
A deposit is a payment you make as a security towards any damages or unpaid that may occur during your tenancy. This is held in a government approved protection scheme for the duration of your tenancy. This is usually a large sum, which, at the end of your tenancy you will be refunded with the exception of any deductions made due to damages above fair wear and tear ect.
A Reposit is an alternative to a regular deposit. Instead, you pay less, however, this is a non-refundable fee. Charges are still applicable if damage is caused to the property etc.
