Questions

First, you'll need to join our community and then complete a quick questionnaire so we can find out a little more about you. Once you've done this, we'll aim to email you within 7 days if we feel that you could be a good match for the program.

Within the email, we'll send you a small task to complete (surrounding content creation) and we'll ask you to attach your TikTok Analytics from the previous month. If your task is successful, you'll then be invited for a short Teams chat before being brought on board!

We want to work with superstars who are down to earth, easy going, and relatable to other students!

You'll need a notable presence on TikTok (and preferably be active on Instagram), and you should be on the ball with current trends.

Having an outgoing personality and being proactive will also help you, as we're looking for people who have the confidence to put themselves out there.

On average, our ambassadors spend 60-90 minutes per week completing tasks for us.

This will depend on the number of tasks the ambassador wishes to complete - as you'll have the option to create extra, bonus tasks for us if you wish to earn more money each month.

You can work right from the comfort of your student home - however, we'll also require you to occasionally capture fun and interesting clips from around your uni city and campus too.

Just make sure you have a smartphone with a high-res camera, and plenty of storage space available on the device.

Our ambassadors are paid based on the work they complete.

There are 4 x base tasks per month (1 x per week) which you must complete as standard. In addition to this, there will be optional Bonus Tasks available to complete each week if you'd like to earn extra money too.

Each time you complete a task, the funds will automatically go into your own digital wallet on the app. You can then cash out the funds at the end of the month (or let them build up in your own personal piggy bank - with the option to withdraw them later).

Every month we hand out several Gifted Rewards to ambassadors who've stood out and have gone the extra mile. These are usually provided in the form of e-vouchers from top brands or experiences.

They can be awarded for several reasons, including your videos going viral, regularly engaging with our socials or consistently creating great content.

In addition, we host all expenses paid workshops at our HQ in Sheffield at least twice a year, and you may have the opportunity to attend nationwide creator events.

We're big on communications and feedback here at UniHomes, as after all, you know what students want!

We've also built a whole host of resources packed with useful hints and tips, alongside our monthly newsletters, to help guide you in the right direction.

If you still submit something which isn't quite right and your task is rejected, we'll always provide feedback so that you can have another go at it.

Please note if you are ranked in our 'Growth Zone' on our internal leaderboard for 3 consecutive months, then you may be asked to leave the program. However, rest assured that we'll provide tailored feedback and guidance each month to help get you back on track!

All of the tasks we set will vary. Some are specific and will have a theme, and others will give you full creative freedom (as long as it's relatable to our audience!).

Once your content and proposed captions have been approved, you'll need to post it to your personal TikTok page, ideally within 24 hours. You'll also have the option to complete tasks for your IG Stories to engage with your followers in the form of polls.
