Location
Description
A beautiful 2-bedroom ground-floor flat, completely newly finished throughout. Everything is brand new, giving you a fresh, modern home with the added bonus of a large private garden – a real rarity for a student flat in Brynmill.
The heart of the flat is the fantastic open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. The brand-new fitted kitchen flows into a spacious lounge and dining area, with French doors opening directly onto a private patio with table and chairs. Steps lead from the patio up to a large lawn with completely new landscaping, giving you loads of private outdoor space for relaxing and socialising.
There are two well-furnished double bedrooms and a modern new bathroom, plus a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is just off Bryn-y-Mor Road, putting a huge choice of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants practically on your doorstep. Uplands, the beach and bus links to Bay Campus are all within easy walking distance, while Singleton Campus is also around a 10–15 minute walk away.
Not planning to stay over the summer? We generally offer half rent for July and August if you don’t need to live in the property during those months.
Alex Allen Properties is a small, local, family-run business with excellent reviews, offering hands-on property management and maintenance.
