Terms and Conditions (March 2026)
1. The cashback promotion is for all students who reserve a property with 29 Homes. The promotion on offer is a cashback in the form of a bank transfer (the “Promotion”). The cashback promotion is as follows:

3. The Promotion is for reservations for the 2026/27 academic year only.
4. The Promotion is subject to property availability and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.
5. The Promotion is available for the next 15 reservations.
6. The Promotion is being offered by 29 Homes, 7- 9 The Avenue, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 3YA.
7. To be eligible for the Promotion:
8. The Student must reserve a property on or after Monday 9th March 2026.
9. The Student must have reserved a property, paid their holding deposit, property deposit, first rent instalment, and moved into the property for the 2026/27 academic year.
10. The Student must have no rent arrears.
11. The Student must claim the Promotion by 31st October 2026. If unclaimed by this date, the Student will forfeit the Promotion and will no longer be entitled to receive it
12. The cashback will be issued in the form of a bank transfer between October 2026 and February 2027 – exact date cannot be provided.
13. The closing date of the Promotion is 29th May 2026, or once the maximum amount of reservations for this promotion have been reached. Reservations received outside of this period will not be eligible for the coach back.
14. The Promotion is being managed by 29 Homes who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the promotion at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
15. 29 Homes decision in respect of all matters to do with the promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions (March 2026)
1. The Refer a Friend incentive is open to new/existing tenants who have reserved a property with 29 Homes and have rebooked their property for the 26/27 academic year who recommend 29 Homes to a friend (the Referred Student) and when the Referred Student subsequently becomes a resident of 29 Homes.
2. The Reward on offer is £100 cashback which is for the Referrer Student.
3. The Reward is only on offer in respect of referrals leading to new reservations for the 2026/27 academic year only.
4. The reward is open per property only, therefore a full property must be reserved.
5. There is a maximum of 3 referrals per existing resident.
6. The reward is subject to availability.
7. The reward is being offered by 29 Homes, 7-9 The Avenue, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 3YA.
8. For a referral to be eligible for the Reward:
1. the Referred Student must not currently or previously have been a resident of any 29 Homes property.
2. the Referrer Student must have reserved a property for 2026/27 academic year
3. the Referred Student(s) must have reserved a property, paid their deposit and first rent instalment or rent in full and moved in to the property for the 2026/27 academic year;
4. the Referred Student(s) must reserve their property between 09/03/2026 and 30/04/2026
9. To claim the Reward:
1. at the stage of reserving, the Referred Student(s) must advise they have been referred by a friend within their first enquiry, The Referrer’s name must then be entered.
2. the Referrer must contact the 29 Homes via email at [email protected] giving the name of the Referred Student(s) within 28 days of the date on which the Referred Student(s) reserved a 29 Homes property.
3. the Referrer Student and the Referred Student(s) must have no rent arrears
4. the Reward will be provided as a bank transfer of £100 into the nominated UK bank account
5. The reward must be claimed by 31st October 2026, if unclaimed by this date the student will forfeit the reward and no longer be entitled to receive it
10. On receipt of the email from the Referrer, 29 Homes will verify the eligibility to claim the Reward.
11. The closing date of the Refer a Friend incentive is 30/04/2026, or once 20 eligible applications have been received. Applications received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
12. The Refer a Friend incentive is available for limited time only and can be withdrawn at any time.
13. Once 29 Homes has verified eligibility, the Referrer Student will receive the Reward(s) within a month of the Referred Student(s) moving in to their home.
14. The incentive is being managed by 29 Homes who reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Reward at any time (and for any reason) without notice.
16. 29 Homes decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Permitted payments and tenant information
Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
- Holding deposits (a maximum of 1 week's rent);
- Deposits (a maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000);
- Payments to change a tenancy agreement eg. change of sharer (capped at £50 or any reasonable costs);
- Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlord's loss or the agent's reasonably incurred costs);
