Description
Calling all future doctors, engineers, and professional procrastinators - your dream student pad has arrived! This epic 8 bedroom semi detached house is ready to host your squad for the 2027/2028 academic year, with each of you enjoying a double bedroom (no more rock-paper-scissors for the big bed). There are 2 bathrooms, so you can finally say goodbye to the morning queue for the shower. At just £ (or £563.33 per person per calendar month), you can save your pennies for books, takeaways, or whatever else students buy these days. There’s zero deposit required (so your bank account can breathe a sigh of relief), and while bills aren’t included, we do offer an inclusive package if you’d rather not become an expert in gas metre readings. The location is spot-on for both the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, with all the shops, cafes, and transport links you could dream of just a stone’s throw away. Plus, our referral scheme means you could even earn a reward for introducing your mates (contact us for the details). Office reference: 26KA - just in case you want to sound official when you call.
