Description
2-bedroom student flat | Bills included |
Want your own place without a big houseshare? This two-bedroom ground-floor flat is a great fit for two friends who want a quieter, more independent student home in a central location.
The flat
The flat sits on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb with shopping or luggage. It has two bedrooms, each giving you your own private space to study and relax, and a bathroom shared between just the two of you.
All bills included
One simple payment covers your bills, so there's no utility admin and no surprise charges, just easy budgeting.
The location
Brunswick Street is a popular student street in a central spot between the city centre and Uplands. You're a short walk from St Helen's Road, with its shops, cafés and takeaways, and the bars and restaurants of Uplands are close by. Swansea city centre is within walking distance for shopping and nightlife, and Swansea Bay seafront is just down the road. Swansea University's Singleton Campus is easy to reach on foot or by bus, with good links to the Bay Campus and UWTSD.
