Description
AN EXCEPTIONAL HIGH-SPEC 5 BEDROOM STUDENT HOME IN THE HEART OF HEADINGLEY
A truly impressive five-bedroom student property, finished to an excellent standard throughout and occupying a fantastic position just moments from the centre of Headingley.
One of our flagship student homes, this property offers significantly more than the typical student house. At its heart is a superb, spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, with doors opening directly onto a private garden terrace – perfect for socialising and making the most of the warmer months.
All five bedrooms benefit from their own contemporary en-suite shower room, providing each tenant with their own private facilities. There is also an additional separate WC.
The property further benefits from a basement utility area with separate washing machine and dryer, along with a large basement storage area.
Finished to a high specification throughout, additional features include excellent thermal insulation, gas central heating, a modern electrical installation, TV points to the living area and bedrooms, and connectivity for Virgin Media, Sky and BT.
The location is difficult to beat. Tucked just off the centre of Headingley, the property is only a short walk from the area's huge choice of shops, bars, cafés and restaurants, with Sainsbury's practically on the doorstep. Both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University are also within easy reach.
Five bedrooms. Five en-suites. Fantastic living space. Private garden terrace. An outstanding Headingley student home.
Would you like your bills included? No problem at all.
