Description
Calling all future students of 2027/2028 - your four-bedroom palace (okay, terraced house, but let’s not be picky) awaits! At just £ (£563.33 per person per calendar month), you and your squad can nab this gem with zero deposit required (that’s right, keep that money for pizza). All four bedrooms are doubles, so no one gets stuck with the shoebox room, and with two bathrooms, those early morning queues for the shower are a thing of the past (unless someone brings a rubber duck collection). Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option for an inclusive package if you’d rather not become an expert in metre readings. The house is surrounded by local amenities and transport links (so you’re never far from snacks or that 9am lecture you’ll definitely attend). Got friends? Refer them and you could benefit from our referral scheme (contact us for more info - think of it as a reward for being popular). Office reference: 36MA. So, if you’re looking for a student house that ticks all the boxes and doesn’t require a degree in finance to move in, this is the one for you.
