The kitchen opens onto the rear patio and lawn, with secure access to the garden from the front, making it ideal for those with bikes. The garden is regularly maintained by the landlords, free of charge

Very nice landlords! They are always responsive. This is especially great in a house tenancy. The house is in a clean and nice condition compared to many others. They come to weed the backyard, keeping it in a clear look. The rent is quite fair. The location is great for students in the university. The uni, groceries, many restaurants, cafe, and so on, are all within 5 minutes' walk. I had a great time living there. Many thanks to Thistle ledge!

Really great Landlords; extremely accommodating when it came to moving in, communicating with us in advance so we could plan how to get there and put our things in the house.
