Description
**3 bedrooms available in this stunning property**.
With large rooms, a high-quality finish, this property on Mansel Street makes the perfect home for you next year of studies if you want to spend it in luxury but at an affordable price!
The open-plan kitchen/living room has been designed to make it an ideal place to relax with a 50” wall-mounted Smart TV, plenty of seating space, Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling and enough kitchen appliances to avoid arguments over who’s turn it is to use the oven.
The bedrooms continue to impress with every room coming with a small double bed, 32” Smart TV, study area with a desk and chair and a wardrobe.
Four of the bedrooms come with en-suite showers (you can argue who gets those between your group) with an additional two communal bathrooms making sure there is ample space for everyone.
The safety of our tenants is of course the most important thing for us with every individual bedroom door lockable, burglar alarm, emergency lighting and we provide 24/7 emergency maintenance through our fantastic team of local contractors.
Properties of this size, this condition and in this incredible location are rare so we strongly advise getting in touch today to arrange a viewing before someone else snaps it up!
Disclaimer: This property is currently being renovated and will be ready for the 26/27 academic year. The photos used are of a similar property.
