On the ground floor, you'll find a sleek, modern kitchen and breakfast room with integrated appliances, a generous reception area, and a guest W.C. The standout feature is a bright, south-facing conservatory extension, which opens onto a private, larger-than-average landscaped garden perfect for entertaining and summer barbecues.
The light-filled first floor hosts a spacious master bedroom with a luxurious en-suite bathroom, along with a second double bedroom, also en-suite. The top floor offers two further well-proportioned double bedrooms and a stylish family bathroom ideal for guests, children, or flexible living arrangements. Additional benefits include a sizeable loft providing ample storage, one designated parking space, and convenient guest parking.
Set within the secure, gated Brockwell Gate development completed in 2000 this exclusive enclave comprises 57 elegant townhouses arranged in attractive short terraces. Accessed via Tulse Hill, the estate enjoys direct access to Brockwell Park’s extensive amenities, including tennis courts, a gym, The Lido, a BMX track, adventure playgrounds, basketball courts, scenic walking paths, and tranquil ponds.
The location is further enhanced by proximity to outstanding schools, such as Alleyn’s, Dulwich College, and The Charter School.
