Location
Description
Welcome to the ultimate student sanctuary for 2027/2028 - where group chats become group naps and there’s always someone to borrow a charger from. This 4-bedroom terraced house is a rare find (just like your missing sock from laundry day), offering four double bedrooms and two bathrooms - no more queueing with a towel on your head. At just £ (or for those who prefer calculators), you’ll have plenty left for takeaways and late-night coffee runs. There’s no deposit required, so your festival ticket fund remains untouched. Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option for an all-inclusive package (because who wants to argue about the heating in November). The location is perfect for students at the University of Nottingham or Queens Medical Centre - so close, you might actually make it to your 9am lectures. Surrounded by local amenities and transport links, you’ll never be far from snacks or a bus home. Plus, there’s a referral scheme available (bring your mates, get rewarded - what’s not to love). Contact us quoting the office reference and let the countdown to move-in day begin. Your future self will thank you.
