Description
How would you like to live in a brand new 6 bedroom property for the next academic year? Every room with an en-suite, Smart TV and study area as well as a large communal lounge/kitchen, it’s hard to think of anywhere that can beat this?
Close enough to the city centre to be convenient but set far enough back to avoid the noise and traffic is this newly renovated six-bedroom six-bathroom student property on Cromwell Street.
Finished to the highest standard, this property is perfect for a group of six students looking to spend their next year in luxury with every bedroom being provided with an en-suite, a 32” Smart TV, study are, small double bed and plenty of storage.
If that wasn’t enough, the main living area is a large open-plan lounge/kitchen with plenty of appliances and storage space to help avoid arguments and make living as comfortable as possible. There is also a 50” Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling and a small dining area.
Of course, security and safety of our tenants is the most important thing with every room individually lockable, fire alarm system, burglar alarm, emergency lighting and 24/7 access to emergency maintenance from our onsite team.
Properties like these aren’t on the market for long so we strongly recommend getting in touch today to arrange a viewing before someone beats you to it!
