Location
Description
Welcome to the student palace you never knew you needed (but definitely deserve). This colossal 8 bedroom detached house is ready to host you and your seven closest friends for the 2027/2028 academic year. Each of the eight double bedrooms is a sanctuary for sleep, study or existential crises, and with four bathrooms, you’ll never queue for a shower again (unless you’re all late for lectures). At £ (or £693.33 per person per calendar month if you’re fancy), you’ll have plenty left over for takeaways, textbooks or questionable décor choices. The £ is less than you’ll spend on coffee before exams. Bills are not included, but fear not, there’s an option for an inclusive package (because who really understands utility companies anyway). The location is so good you’ll wonder if you’re dreaming – just a short stroll to the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, with local shops and transport links practically on your doorstep. If you refer a friend, there’s a scheme for that too (ask us for details, we love rewarding good taste). Office reference 121HD – quote it and prepare to impress. Book your viewing before someone else snaps up the dream.
