Description
7 Bedroom Student House | Filton Avenue, Bristol | £
Sitting just off Filton Avenue, 22 Mackie Road is great for access to UWE Frenchay. Just a 20minute walk or via frequent bus services that run along Filton Avenue.
The house has been recently refurbished throughout and centres around a large open-plan kitchen and living area that gives the whole house somewhere comfortable to spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, hobs, cooker hoods, a fridge freezer, and a dishwasher practical for a house of six without the usual arguments over appliances. A breakfast bar with stools, corner sofa, and flat-screen smart TV make the space feel more like a proper living room than a student kitchen.
Off the hallway there’s a separate utility room with WC, which makes a real difference to daily flow in a busy house. The two shower rooms are spread across the property to keep things moving on weekday.
All seven double bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, desk, chair, and clothes storage, everything in place so you can move straight in at the start of term. Two off-street parking spaces are available to the front, and the enclosed rear garden has a patio and artificial grass, keeping it low maintenance and usable year-round. The 7th room is a garden room, with it's own ensuite.
Available from 24th July 2027.
