Description
3 Bedroom Student House – Londesborough Road | Spacious Rooms!
Looking for a house for you and two friends for the 2027/28 academic year? This spacious three-bedroom house on Londesborough Road could be just what you're after!
If you'd prefer living with a smaller group rather than sharing with five or six people, this is a great opportunity to have a whole house to yourselves.
With large upstairs bedrooms, a generous separate lounge and an updated bathroom, there's plenty of space to enjoy student life together.
Here's what makes this house worth a look:
Just 3 bedrooms – Ideal for three friends wanting their own house rather than a larger student share.
Large upstairs bedrooms – Plenty of personal space to study, relax and make your own.
Spacious separate lounge – A great communal area for relaxing, watching TV and spending time with housemates.
Recently updated bathroom – Newly tiled in summer 2026, giving it a fresh, modern feel.
Fully furnished – Beds, study desks and storage provided to make moving in easier.
Great Southsea location – Convenient for local shops, cafés, restaurants and everyday student life.
Friendly property management – Easy maintenance reporting through our dedicated WhatsApp group.
Available from 1st August 2027
