Description
This five-bedroom terraced house is practically designed for the student lifestyle, with four double bedrooms (no rock-paper-scissors needed here), two reception rooms (perfect for group study or group procrastination), and two bathrooms (so you can actually get to your 9am lectures on time). Available from August, this property is brilliantly located for both universities, meaning you can roll out of bed and into seminars in record time. With a mere £300 deposit per person, and rent at £100 per week or per person (bills not included, but an all-inclusive package is up for grabs if you’d rather not play utility bill roulette), it’s a deal that won’t break the student bank. Surrounded by local amenities and transport links, you’ll never be far from your next coffee fix or late-night snack run. Plus, we offer a referral scheme (ask us for details - bring your mates and everyone wins). Office reference: 160RB. Book your viewing now and make your student years legendary!
