Location
Description
Prepare to be the envy of every student WhatsApp group with this spectacular seven-bedroom semi-detached house, perfectly tailored for the 2027/2028 academic year. For just £ (or £693.33 per person per calendar month), you and your friends can bask in the glory of double bedrooms (that’s right, no more rock-paper-scissors for the box room) and four bathrooms (queueing for the shower is officially cancelled). The location is so convenient for the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, you might actually make those 9am lectures (no promises). Local amenities and transport links are practically on your doorstep (or at least close enough to justify a late-night snack run). There’s a £, and while bills aren’t included, there’s an option for an inclusive package if you’d rather avoid the monthly maths lesson. Fancy a referral scheme? We’ve got that too (contact us for details and see if you can recruit your entire seminar group). Office reference is 20HD. Don’t miss out on the student house that could make your university years legendary (or at least more comfortable).
