If you’re planning to attend university in Bristol, then you just have to stay at Centre Gate, our student accommodation in Bristol. Located within the heart of the city centre, you’re only a short walk from the University of Bristol and BIMM Institute. There’s also a direct bus route to take students to the University of the West of England. So, no matter where you’re studying you won’t be far from campus.
The purpose-built rooms onsite are suited to every student's needs. We offer en-suite apartments for social, communal living with another students. The flats feature a comfy bed, bathroom, your own study space, ample storage space, and a shared kitchen and living area. We also offer studio rooms for those of you who are after their own private space. All studios feature a fully fitted kitchenette, a comfy bed, tons of storage, study space as well as your own TV. You can decide on whichever room style is best suited to you!
We also have fast and reliable WiFi throughout the property so you can watch your favourite comfort shows.
Forget about paying any extra, you have contents insurance, and all bills included in your rent when you stay with us. There’s also a laundry room within the property so if you need to put a wash on, you don’t need to stress about heading offsite. There are great transport links close to the property so getting in and around the city is super easy. Bristol Airport is only 20-minutes away by car from the property which is great for international students or for when you want a getaway!

Permitted payments and tenant information
Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
- Holding deposits (a maximum of 1 week's rent);
- Deposits (a maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000);
- Payments to change a tenancy agreement eg. change of sharer (capped at £50 or any reasonable costs);
- Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlord's loss or the agent's reasonably incurred costs);
- Utilities, communication services e.g. gas, electricity, internet. TV licence and council tax.
- Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of England's annual percentage rate);
- Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices;
- Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement; and
- Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
