This has to be one of the best Student Houses in Sheffield, with 10 bedrooms it is hard to beat!
A converted pub only 200 metres from Sheffield University Bar One, student union and a 5 minute walk from West Street and right next door to the University Campus!
Quite a famous old pub in Sheffield the renovations have managed to maintain some of the original character of the building although the bar has gone I'm afraid!
All 10 bedrooms are a great size, and include double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.
The beer garden is still available for use, complete with picnic benches. Great for summer BBQ's.
An amazing student property with a modern finish and a wall hung flat screen TV !
If you have a large group you will struggle to find a better house with 10 bedrooms any where in Sheffield.

Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
- Holding deposits (a maximum of 1 week's rent);
- Deposits (a maximum deposit of 5 weeks' rent for annual rent below £50,000);
- Payments to change a tenancy agreement eg. change of sharer (capped at £50 or any reasonable costs);
- Payments associated with early termination of a tenancy (capped at the landlord's loss or the agent's reasonably incurred costs);
- Utilities, communication services e.g. gas, electricity, internet. TV licence and council tax.
- Interest payments for the late payment of rent (up to 3% above Bank of England's annual percentage rate);
- Reasonable costs for replacement of lost keys or other security devices;
- Contractual damages in the event of the tenant's default of a tenancy agreement; and
- Any other permitted payments under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
