Location
Description
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Edinburgh’s highly sought-after Haymarket district, this spacious three-bedroom flat offers an outstanding student lifestyle with exceptional convenience, connectivity, and space to share.
Unlike many student properties where communal living space is sacrificed, this flat benefits from a large separate living and dining room, creating a genuine social hub for relaxing, studying, or entertaining friends, alongside a separate fully equipped kitchen for practical day-to-day living.
The location is a major advantage. Haymarket Station is just a short walk away, with excellent rail connections across Scotland and beyond, while the nearby tram stop provides direct access to Edinburgh Airport—ideal for international students or frequent travellers. Multiple bus and tram routes offer quick, easy access to the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier, Heriot-Watt University, and Edinburgh College of Art.
Students will love having some of Edinburgh’s best amenities on their doorstep, including Fountain Park leisure complex (cinema, gym, restaurants), Lothian Road’s bars and cafés, Princes Street shopping, supermarkets, takeaways, and late-night convenience stores.
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy spacious shared living in a genuinely central Edinburgh location, combining academic convenience with the very best of city life. Ideal for students looking for comfort, connectivity, and a vibrant social lifestyle.
