Description
Well-Maintained 5-Bedroom HMO in a Convenient Oxford Location
This five-bedroom, three-bathroom HMO property is set in a well-connected area of Oxford, ideal for a group of professionals or postgraduate students looking to share. The house offers generous space throughout and has been maintained to a good standard, with practical features for shared living.
The ground floor includes a comfortable communal lounge, a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and preparation space, and a dining area large enough for all occupants. Two of the five bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, while the remaining rooms share a main bathroom with both a bath and a shower.
Each bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and storage drawers. Hard flooring runs throughout the property, which helps keep things low maintenance and practical. Double glazing and gas central heating provide year-round comfort, and the property holds a full HMO licence.
The property also benefits from two separate driveways, providing off-street parking for up to three cars — a rare and valuable feature in this area of Oxford.
The location offers excellent access to local amenities and transport links. Oxford Business Park, BMW Mini Plant, and Oxford Science Park are all nearby, and Cowley’s shopping areas are within walking distance. There are frequent bus routes into the city centre, and on-street parking is also available without a permit. EPC rating: D. Council tax band: D,
