All the stops have been pulled out with in-built Bluetooth speakers and a 50” Smart TV in the living room, two hobs, two ovens, two fridge-freezers and two sinks as well as a separate washing machine and dryer so that there’s plenty of space, Smart TVs in every bedroom, every room with its own en-suite and high-quality furniture throughout.
The safety of our tenants is the most important thing for us here at Bric Living and the property comes with burglar alarm, fire system, emergency lighting, lockable bedroom doors, 24/7 maintenance support and a brilliant on site team in Swansea to assist or answer any questions.
And if all that wasn’t enough already, the location is perfect being close to Singleton campus, the beach front and a number of nearby shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance making it both comfortable and practical.
