Set within a gated development, this wonderful home offers the best of both worlds: privacy with the enclosed, manicured gardens, and, beyond, the opportunity to explore the many independent shops and restaurants that the local area -one of Scotland's most popular- offers.
The apartment offers high-end and very comfortable living. Upon entering the flat, the welcoming hallway, with practical utility room set off it, leads to to a spacious, cosy lounge. A stunning open-plan modern kitchen with all white goods and comfortable dining area presents the perfect opportunity for lively entertaining or a peaceful, quiet morning coffee. Two large, double bedrooms, one with a roomy en-suite, provide every opportunity for a calm, relaxing sleep, and the large bathroom, with its clean, white modern fittings and shower over the bath offers the chance to soak away the hustles and bustles of everyday life.
The apartment boasts ample storage, gas central heating and double glazing throughout, private parking and professionally maintained gardens.
Located in the hugely desirable area of Dowanhill, close to Great Western Road (recently voted one of the best streets in the world) and Hyndland Road with its many independent shops, restaurants and bars, this apartment is truly one of the very best that Glasgow has to offer.
