Description
Got a big group looking for a house that actually has enough space for everyone? This 8-bedroom, 3-bathroom student property is made for group living, with generous bedrooms, a seriously spacious communal area and plenty of kitchen space for eight housemates.
At the heart of the house is the large open-plan kitchen and living area. There’s loads of sofa space for movie nights, match days or just hanging out after lectures, plus a wall-mounted TV and a breakfast-bar style dining area that gives everyone somewhere to eat and socialise.
And when eight people are cooking at once, extra space matters. The property benefits from two well-equipped kitchen areas, providing plenty of worktop and cupboard space alongside multiple cooking and refrigeration facilities. There’s also laundry provision, making the setup particularly practical for a larger student household.
There are three shower/bathroom facilities, including modern finishes and a standout geometric-tiled shower room, helping take some of the stress out of the morning rush.
Outside, there’s also private outdoor space to the rear – ideal when you want some fresh air without leaving the house.
Why it works for student life:
• 8 furnished bedrooms.
• 3 bathrooms/shower rooms.
• Huge open-plan communal living space.
• Plenty of sofas and a wall-mounted TV.
• Two kitchen areas – a major bonus for a house of eight.
• Breakfast bar/dining space.
• Laundry facilities.
• Bedroom desks/study areas.
• Plenty of storage throughout.
•.
Whether it’s group dinners, pre-drinks, movie nights or getting everyone together after uni, the standout feature here is the amount of shared space. You still get your own furnished bedroom when you want some downtime, but there’s plenty of room for the whole house to actually live and socialise together.
A great choice for a group of eight looking for a proper student house rather than just eight bedrooms under one roof.
