Description
*STUDENT PROPERTY.
*£ *2027-2028 Academic Year *SIX DOUBLE BEDROOM MID-TERRACE HOUSE.
This licenced student accommodation is arranged over three floors and provides a practical layout for six sharers. The ground floor offers a communal reception room with front aspect window and laminate flooring, giving a usable space for relaxing and socialising. To the rear, a modern fitted kitchen provides good cupboard and worktop provision, integrated appliances and room for a dining table, allowing the household to cook and eat together comfortably.
There are six double bedrooms, each of a good size with space for a bed, wardrobe and study area. Several rooms benefit from roof or dormer windows, helping provide natural light to the upper floors. Décor is neutral with carpeting to the bedrooms and upper hallways, creating a consistent finish throughout. Two contemporary bathrooms serve the property, one with a walkin style shower and the other with bath and overhead shower, both tiled for ease of maintenance.
Externally, the house has an enclosed rear yard offering lowmaintenance outdoor space suitable for seating or bike storage.
Located in central Fallowfield, the property is within easy reach of Wilmslow Road, providing supermarkets, cafés, bars and takeaway options popular with students. Platt Fields Park is close by for open green space, sports areas and lakeside walks.
Public transport connections are strong, with frequent bus services along Wilmslow Road to the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and the city centre in approximately 15–20 minutes. Mauldeth Road railway station is around a 20minute walk or short bus ride, with regular trains to Manchester Piccadilly in under 10 minutes.
