Description
Perfectly tailored for student living, this distinctive detached five-bedroom home combines generous space with a warm, welcoming atmosphere just 1.3 miles from Bournemouth University. The property opens into a bright and roomy entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the house. The ground floor features three well-sized double bedrooms and an impressive open-plan lounge and dining area, furnished with a corner sofa, dining table, chairs, and additional leather seating—ideal for both relaxing and socialising. The modern kitchen offers excellent storage and workspace, complemented by a family bathroom, a separate shower room, and a convenient WC/utility room. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms provide a comfortable and private retreat. Outside, the beautifully arranged rear garden—mainly laid to lawn—offers a peaceful escape and is a standout feature rarely found in student properties. Tucked away in a quiet residential setting yet only a short walk from local shops, bus routes and the university, this part-furnished home presents a superb opportunity for students seeking space, comfort and style. Internal viewing is strongly recommended.
