Description
*** All-inclusive 4-bed in Hulme — two ensuite doubles, bus to campus every 5 minutes from your front door ***
£ with ALL bills included — gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV licence. One payment each, no spreadsheets, no arguments.
This semi-detached house in Hulme is built for a group of four. The bus stop is right outside with a service every 5 minutes — 12 minutes to the University of Manchester, 15 to MMU, 20 to the city centre and Chinatown. Prefer to walk? Both campuses are around a 20-minute stroll.
The four bedrooms, each with its own perk:
- Ground floor — a large ensuite double with its own storage room. The most independent room in the house: your own floor, your own bathroom, practically a studio.
- First floor — an ensuite double overlooking the front garden, for whoever calls it second.
- A medium double with calm views over the rear garden.
- A single with the same garden views — compact, quiet, and the budget-friendly pick of the house.
Two ensuites and a family shower room between four of you means the morning queue barely exists.
The first-floor kitchen-diner comes properly equipped — oven, hob, fridge, microwave and a dishwasher, which your future self will thank you for every Sunday night. Fully furnished throughout, with front AND rear gardens.
Living here is easy: ASDA is minutes away for the big shop, Alexandra Park is on your doorstep for runs and lazy afternoons, and Moss Side Leisure Centre round the corner has a gym and pool for a fraction of city-centre membership prices.
Available from 1st September 2026. The tenancy runs as a monthly rolling agreement in line with the Renters' Rights Act — settle in for the academic year, with the flexibility the new rules give you.
Video tour available — four-person groups are already looking for next year, so get in touch this week.
