This property has neutral décor throughout with a modern feel and benefits from having gas central heating and a good-sized garden. This property has on-street permit parking and is ideally located near Lewes Road, which is ideal, as this is very close to many local shops and amenities and bus routes going both to the universities and into central Brighton.
This is a great student property, with all the rooms being good sized double bedrooms, all of which come furnished with bed and storage facilities along with two bathrooms, it is practical as well.
