Mezzino Student Living, Dundee
Telephone House is Dundee’s newest student accommodation, opening in October 2026 in one of the city’s most iconic buildings on West Bell Street. It’s right next to Abertay University, just a couple of minutes on foot, and within an easy walk of the University of Dundee too. The railway station, bus station and Dundee city centre are all close by, so everything from lectures to nights out is within easy reach.
Every room comes with a fully fitted kitchen, tenant-controlled heating and unlimited hot water, with all utility bills and contents insurance included as standard. Students also get access to an impressive range of shared spaces, including a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, landscaped courtyard, games area and multiple social spaces, alongside quiet study areas and a multi-purpose studio and meeting room for when the books come out.
