The property it self does have a very large private garden, which is a low maintenance patio garden which is perfect if you don’t have much time for gardening. The garden is accessed through the double patio doors in the kitchen. There is a large open plan living room and kitchen space which provides a bit of storage and worktop space and the living space is also a good size with sofas and room for a table and chairs as well. The first of the four bedrooms is also on the ground floor with this being on your right hand side as you enter. This is a good sized double and a very good sized room. The bathroom is at the end of the hallway and provides a bath with overhead shower attachment.
The three other bedrooms are on the first floor. All three off these rooms are very good sizes with the largest of the three being at the front. This is an incredibly large double bedroom with built in wardrobes and double bed. The other two rooms are of similar sizes with again beds and wardrobe space being provided. For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
