Location
Description
Located on a popular student road in Victoria Park, this well-presented semi-detached property offers significantly more space than many comparable student houses in Fallowfield, with large equal-sized bedrooms that work perfectly for group living.
The house has been designed with student life in mind, combining spacious communal areas for socialising with comfortable private study space in every bedroom.
The modern kitchen includes ample storage, multiple appliances and plenty of preparation space, while the lounge and dining areas create a great shared environment for relaxing, movie nights or hosting friends.
Unlike many student HMOs, all seven bedrooms are genuine doubles with enough space for desks, storage and comfortable day-to-day living — helping avoid the usual ‘small room’ issues that many student groups face.
Victoria Park remains one of Manchester’s best-located student areas, offering quick access to the University of Manchester, MRI, Oxford Road and frequent transport links into the city centre, while providing a calmer and greener environment than busier student hotspots.
