Description
***Student Property 2027/2028**.
Brand-new en-suite student living in Leamington’s Old Town, moments from the station and the Unibus.
Brand new, purpose-built, and finished to a standard most student houses can only dream of, this stylish apartment on Wise Terrace puts you right at the heart of Leamington’s Old Town. You’ll be living somewhere fresh, modern and well thought out, with the town, the station and the bus to campus all on your doorstep.
Every bedroom has its own private en-suite, so there’s no queueing for the shower before a 9am lecture. The apartment comes fully furnished and ready to move into, so all you need to bring is your bags.
The kitchen is a genuine step up from typical student digs. It comes with a built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer dryer, so there’s no washing-up rota to argue over and no trips to the launderette. It’s a space you’ll actually want to cook in and come home to.
Location.
Wise Terrace sits just off the High Street in CV31, one of Leamington’s most popular student areas. Leamington Spa railway station is about a two-minute walk away, with direct trains to Birmingham, Coventry, Oxford and London Marylebone. That makes trips home, nights out in Birmingham and weekends in London easy.
Getting to the University of Warwick is simple. The U1, U2 and 12 buses run frequently from the High Street and Parish Church stops, a short walk from your front door, and night buses get you home after a late one.
Everyday essentials are right on hand, with a Spar and independent food shops on nearby Clemens Street and Bath Place. Clemens Street also has independent cafés and eateries. The Parade, Leamington’s main street for shops, bars and some of the best student nightlife in the Midlands, is a short stroll away. When you need a break, Victoria Park, the Pump Room Gardens and Jephson Gardens are all within easy walking distance.
Brand new, fully en-suite, fully furnished, and close to everything that matters. Properties like this don’t stay available for long, so get in touch early to arrange a viewing.
