Want to spend the next academic year living in luxury? Do you want a bedroom with an en-suite, study area and 32” Smart TV? Then look no further than this stunning property on Hanover Street.
This is quite possibly our largest property with huge living spaces and large bedrooms meaning you can spend the next year in style and comfort without breaking the bank.
The kitchen-diner is an impressive space making it ideal for meals and entertaining with the kitchen coming equipped with two fridge-freezers, two ovens, two hobs, two sinks, a washing machine and a separate dryer with plenty of storage space. The lounge is then in a separate room and comes with a 50” Smart TV and Bluetooth speakers built into the ceiling.
Each of the six bedrooms continues to impress with all of them benefitting from their own en-suite shower, small double bed, study area and wardrobe as well as a wall-mounted 32” Smart TV.
The location is perfect to provide access across all Swansea campuses and is within walking distance of the city centre, local shops, bars and restaurants making it convenient for everyone.
And if all that wasn’t enough already, the bills include gas, electric, water and superfast Virgin Media Wifi with boosters throughout the property to ensure good connection from every room.
Of course, the safety of our tenants is the most important thing with each bedroom individually lockable, burglar alarm, emergency lighting and 24/7 maintenance fir emergencies via our incredible team.
If you want to spend the next year living in style, get in touch with us today as we can’t see this property being available for long!
