Description
Welcome to the ultimate student palace (or at least a very impressive detached house), where you and six of your closest friends can enjoy the luxury of seven double bedrooms and three bathrooms - no more queueing for a shower in the morning. Priced at just £ (that’s £606.67 per person per calendar month for those who love precision), this property comes with a modest £300 deposit per person, leaving plenty of cash for textbooks, takeaways, or whatever else students buy these days. There’s no need to worry about parking - unless you have more than ten cars, in which case, congratulations on your thriving car collection. Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option for an inclusive package if you prefer not to play monthly utility roulette. Perfectly positioned amongst local amenities and transport links, you’ll never be far from your next caffeine fix or lecture. Plus, our referral scheme means you can earn rewards just for recommending this student sanctuary to your mates (contact us for the inside scoop). Don’t miss out on office reference 86MR - book your viewing and prepare to be the envy of every student group chat.
