Description
*STUDENT PROPERTY*.
*2026-2027 Academic Year.
*FOUR DOUBLE BEDROOM HOUSE*.
To let – a four-bedroom terraced house on Longford Place, ideally positioned for students within around a 20–25 minute walk of the University of Manchester.
The property offers two good-sized reception rooms, both neutrally decorated with white walls and carpets, providing flexibility for use as a lounge and additional study space. Large sash-style windows in the reception areas and bedrooms allow plenty of natural light.
There are four double bedrooms, each furnished with a bed, wardrobe or storage, and desk with chair, making them well suited to sharers. Room sizes are generous, giving ample space for study and relaxation.
The separate kitchen is fitted with modern units, worktops and tile splashbacks, and includes an oven, hob and washing machine, with space for additional appliances and a dining table. The bathroom is finished with white tiling and comprises a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
Longford Place is in a popular student area close to Curry Mile and Wilmslow Road, offering a wide range of supermarkets, cafés, takeaways and independent shops. Platt Fields Park is within easy reach for green space, jogging routes and sports facilities.
Public transport links are strong: regular buses from Wilmslow Road run directly into Manchester city centre, the universities and Oxford Road corridor, typically in 10–15 minutes. Nearby railway options include Manchester Oxford Road and Piccadilly stations, providing services to Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, London and beyond.
