Location
Description
Hidden peacefully in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the bustling Headingley Town Centre, this vibrant and modern four-bedroom house ideal for a group of three people with one spare bedroom for guests or office is the perfect living space for students or young professionals looking for a mixture of urban and rural qualities.
Boasting attractive lawn gardens at the front and back of the house, this property has a true homely feel, along with an entertainment area to host barbecues and a garage perfect for any storage needs.
The stripped mahogany wood flooring that extends from the front door throughout the ground floor into the living room and kitchen is a signature feature of this property, creating a comforting and friendly atmosphere.
Buttermilk Roman blinds and beautiful leather sofas establish an opulent ambiance in the living room, which is complete with a contemporary feature fireplace and bay windows that allow the room to be filled with natural light.
The modern maple Shaker style of the kitchen contains a built-in stainless steel oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, continuing the contemporary style throughout the ground floor.
The bathroom adopts a similar up-to-date style, with a cool and crisp feel created through white tiles, suite and a power shower.
All of the double bedrooms come furnished with double beds, wardrobes and draw chests for ample storage space, whilst the cream curtains and luxury, soft touch carpets lend a plush feel to the neutral interior.
Further benefiting the property are UPVC double glazed external doors and windows and a highly efficient full central heating system with a modern condensing combi boiler, room thermostat and individual thermostatic valves to all radiators making this house easy and cheap to keep warm all year round.
Both the property and its surrounding area provide a stylish residence for those seeking relaxation in a quieter part of the Headingley area, with easy access to local amenities, public transport close to bus routes and a 5 minute walk to train station and entertainment.
