Description
We is delighted to bring to the market this immaculate two-bedroom flat which is furnished to a beautiful standard. This property is ideal for students or professional tenants.
Upon entering this lovely flat, the welcoming hallway immediately draws you in and makes you feel right at home. But it's the fabulous lounge, with its bright, airy windows, stunning ornate decor and modern heating that sets this home apart. The open kitchen allows for conversation to flow as you cook up a storm and is furnished to the highest standard with integrated fridge/freezer, electric cooker and washing machine.
After a long day of study or work, you might want to soak the day away in the luxurious bathroom with its deep bathtub, shower and modern fittings. Of course, if comfort is the aim of a home, the bedrooms simply have to match, and match they do! Both of the double bedrooms are filled with high-end furnishings and soft carpet flooring. You’ll be falling asleep before your head hits the pillow!
As if all of that wasn’t enough, you’ll be able to enjoy the property’s further benefits: gas central heating, double glazing, w/c which is separate to the bathroom, on-street parking, secure entry, and excellent storage.
It might seem like a chore to leave this cosy home but since it’s located in the very heart of Glasgow's City Centre, you’ll quickly be able to enjoy one of the UK’s great cities in all its splendour. Glasgow School of Art and Strathclyde and Caledonian Universities are all within walking distance. A plethora of shops, bars & restaurants can be sampled on nearby Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street. Transport is never an issue: the property is located close to the M8 motorway, regular bus routes and both Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations will give you access to the rest of Scotland and beyond!
With so much to offer, this delightful property needs to be seen. Why not get in touch and make this flat your new home for 2025
