Description
Upon entering this lovely flat, the very large welcoming hallway immediately draws you in and makes you feel right at home. The 3 light and airy, generously-sized double bedrooms are accessed from this central space. Each of these has contemporary styling with double beds plus the master bedroom has its own shower and hand basin. The 4th bedroom is currently being used as a study.
The well-equipped kitchen is also accessed from the central area which allows for conversation to flow as you cook up a storm. This has an integrated electric oven and hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The bathroom has a shower, hand basin and W/C. Although there is no separate common lounge, the spacious inter-connecting hall zone does offer the possibility for social interaction without compromising access to any of the rooms or front door. Outside to the rear there is a sunny, shared courtyard area with seating and space where bicycles can be stored.
As if all of that wasn’t enough, you’ll be able to enjoy the property’s further benefits of electric heating and the installation of 3 new far-infra red heaters, secure entry and secondary glazing, which not only retains the heat and lowers fuel bills, but also completely cuts off urban noise to support a good night’s sleep.
It might seem like a chore to leave this cosy home but since it’s located in the very heart of Glasgow's City Centre, you’ll quickly be able to enjoy one of the UK’s great cities in all its splendour. Glasgow School of Art, Strathclyde, Glasgow and Caledonian Universities are all within walking distance as is the Mitchell Library.
A plethora of shops, bars & restaurants can be sampled on nearby Sauchiehall Street and Buchanan Street. Transport is never an issue as the property is located close to the M8 motorway, regular bus routes and both Queen Street and Glasgow Central train stations will give you access to the rest of Scotland and beyond!
